Restaurant reviews are bad. They're also extremely unrepresentative of how consumers actually feel about the food they eat. Breaking down reviews into a few key features and identifying the sentiments of customers of a restaurant towards these features is therefore an invaluable tool for other consumers and the restaurants themselves.
